Since its beginning in 2000, the J12 has been breaking the codes, revolutionizing the watchmaking world and becoming the first icon of the 21st century. The J12 watch becomes The J12.
Inspired by a photograph of Mademoiselle Chanel taken in her garden at La Pausa, her villa in the South of France, this interpretation of the J12 watch features her silhouette clad in a stripped jersey and sailor's pants.
For the Only Watch auction, Chanel is offering a duo of Mademoiselle J12 La Pausa timepieces.
Their unique design is the result of a perfect blend of savoir-faire and original creation.
Icon of the House, the Mademoiselle Chanel silhouette has been printed on a sapphire glass plate and affixed onto the dial. A technique of excellence mastered by the Chanel Manufacture.
The duo is both equipped with the self-winding Caliber 12.1 movement developed and produced by the Swiss Manufacture Kenissi, co-owned by Chanel.
