Only Watch is a community project that is powered by the unwavering support and generosity of numerous stakeholders, starting by H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco, the watch industry, event and logistics partners, print and digital media, content creators and watch lovers...
Thanks to the committed support of all working graciously, Only Watch has allowed our charity organization to raise near CHF/EUR 100 million for research on neuromuscular diseases, with running costs representing only around 2% of the auctions proceeds.

“Only Watch is a one-of-a-kind charity project which combines innovation and the guiding principle of creating beauty to do good. These two extremely precious values – creativity and generosity - are deeply enrooted in our Monegasque culture. Doing good in this case, means putting all of our efforts to support scientific research to find a cure to Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a disease that is, to this day, incurable (…).
This situation can change, thanks to the work of dozens of scientists around the world, some of whom I have had the opportunity to meet and that have humbled me by sharing with me their life devotion to one of the most meaningful causes. Today, a large portion of this work is funded by Only Watch and the Association Monégasque contre les Myopathies. An extremely significant contribution that has put Monaco on the map of worldwide neuromuscular research. (…)

126 brands have participated to Only Watch since 2005, representing the majority of the high horology industry.
All watchmaking brands contribute to Only Watch by producing a unique piece, mobilizing their teams to design it, manufacture it, promote it at their own cost. It often becomes a meaningful virtuous energizing moments for participating companies to express creativity to do good. It is thanks to their commitment that this one-of-a-kind project can achieve its fundraising goals and finance substantial scientific and medical progress.

Thanks to the funds raised, our charity finances grants for doctoral or post-doctoral projects, as well as fundamental and applied research, medical innovation, natural history studies, biotechs... Tens of projects lead by more than 50 researchers working in France, the United Kingdom, Italy, the United States, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands and more. All under one banner: the Only Project.
