In 2017, after nine years of development, Agenhor presented the AgenGraphe®, the world's most advanced chronograph movement.  It features a revolutionary central, coaxial, elapsed time display offering unparalleled legibility for a wristwatch, plus a dial-side winding rotor that does not obscure appreciation of its mechanical beauty.

For Only Watch, Agenhor presents Carpe Diem, powered by the very first production AgenGraphe® movement manufactured and delivered by Agenhor. Carpe Diem is a fully functioning desk clock and chronograph that can be orientated through 360 degrees:  instead of hands, five rotating disks display time and elapsed time.

Agenhor is a movement supplier, not a brand; this truly unique piece has been designed in collaboration with students at the Geneva University of Art and Design (HEAD), who imagined a transparent ball magnifying the beauty of this next-generation chronograph movement.  The concept of highlighting what's normally hidden is inspired by the vibrant minds and personalities of children with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.

Model name:

Carpe Diem

Instead of hands, five coaxial disks indicate time and elapsed time up to 60 hours:

two outer disks display hours and minutes, while three inner disks respectively display chronograph hours, minutes, and seconds.

Carpe Diem is powered by the AgenGraphe® Caliber AGH-6361-OW automatic winding chronograph movement, which is specially designed to display elapsed time indications on large-diameter disks rotating coaxially around the center of the dial where they can be read more legibly and more intuitively than chronograph displays on separate subdials.

Caliber AGH-6361-OW is composed of 477 pieces including 68 ruby bearing jewels and has a power reserve of 60+ hours with chronograph running.

The movement architecture, performance, quality and finishing of components matches Geneva Seal requirements.

Carpe Diem is a table clock chronograph suspended in the center of a rotating transparent Plexiglas sphere with integrated magnifying lens in an attractive presentation case.

Diameter of sphere 84 mm, diameter of movement 34.4 mm

Carpe Diem is both the very first and only timepiece signed by Agenhor and the world's first production AgenGraphe® chronograph movement manufactured and delivered by the Geneva-based company.

The concept and design by Bérénice Noël and Florian Wicki was selected from among seven projects submitted by third-year watch design students at HEAD.
